Salon Booking and Cancellation Policies
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you must reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be moved to your next appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or same day, your deposit will be kept to protect your stylist’s time. We appreciate your consideration.
Running Late: You have a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are running any later than that, please give us a call and let us know. Your appointment may need to be modified to fit the time constraint or moved to another day. You also may be subject to paying half of the appointment cost if you are running so late that you cannot be seen.
We get that life happens, just please reach out to us.
Hair FAQ
How Should I Wear My Hair to the Appointment? Please come in with clean, dry hair. If you like the way your hair looks on a certain day (ex: my hair looks best on Day 2 after my wash) try and schedule your haircut accordingly! Try to avoid wearing your hair up before your appointment to avoid stretching or bumps.
I want to change my appointment! If you want to switch up your appointment (you’re booked for cut and color, you’ve decided you only want the cut OR you’re only booked for color but want to add a cut, etc) give us a call or send us an email so we can edit the appointment so you are properly booked!
What kind of products do you use? The majority of the products we use are Keune. Keune has been around since 1922 and is a family owned business from Amsterdam. The company is a certified B-Corporation and their products are gluten free and on their way to being completely vegan.
Do you take walk-ins/Same day appointments? Yes we do! Give us a call and see if we have time available that day. If not, we can let you know when our next available appointment is and get you scheduled on the spot.
Do you offer “Mens” Cuts/”Womens” cuts? Our services are not priced by gender and are available to everyone! If you have questions about which appointment would be best for your hair length, please give us a call!
Nail FAQ
I have product on my nails from another stylist: We do NOT offer foreign removal! If you have product on your nails done by another tech, please have it removed before your appointment.
My nail is injured/looks infected: To protect your nails and keep you safe, we cannot work over top of a damaged nail. If you have any questions, please DM Sheebs and send a photo.
